Bryan Mione is a seasoned construction management professional with over 20 years of experience, delivering high-impact projects across multifamily, commercial, retail, residential, and LEED Green building sectors. He has built a reputation for excellence by overseeing the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction planning to execution—and consistently delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget while collaborating with architects, engineers, and consultants.

With experience at industry-leading firms like CIM Group, Meruelo Group, and Turner Construction, Bryan has managed high-profile projects, including the $2.1 billion LAX Crenshaw Corridor Light Rail and large-scale residential developments. His strategic, hands-on approach ensures projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Bryan’s leadership in driving project success, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction, combined with his commitment to sustainable practices and value engineering, has positioned him as a respected industry leader dedicated to shaping the future of construction with innovative, community-enhancing projects.

  • Steve Warmenhoven

    SUPERINTENDENT I

    Steve Warmenhoven is a highly skilled professional with a unique and extensive background spanning technical mechanics, military service, construction, and the marine industry. He served three years as a Helicopter Crew Chief with the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division, where he traveled internationally and gained valuable cultural experience, followed by two years as a Helicopter Mechanic focused on mechanical maintenance and prioritizing aircraft safety. Steve then spent 15 years as a hands-on contractor, successfully managing diverse projects from constructing custom homes and remodeling to building creative shacks, and concurrently amassed 10 years of experience in the marine industry as both a Boat Captain and Marine Technician, handling renovations on vessels up to 125 feet. Most recently, he dedicated two years as a Home Inspector, applying his deep structural expertise to residential properties.

    Rhett Lessler is a highly seasoned construction professional bringing over 40 years of profound industry experience. For three decades, Rhett successfully owned and operated his own business, focusing on the meticulous craft of building custom homes throughout the San Diego area.

    Known for his deep foundational knowledge, unwavering commitment to quality, and extensive project leadership, Rhett is now transitioning his expertise. He is eagerly seeking to pivot into the dynamic field of multifamily construction, driven by a strong desire to learn new large-scale processes and contribute his decades of hands-on skill as a valuable member of a collaborative team.

  • Sam Higgins

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Sam Higgins is the Project Coordinator. He previously worked for a company called Knightsbridge Development that built custom homes in Palos Verdes and has now moved to Prescott, AZ.

    Sam began his career with them in the field as an apprentice for two years and then most recently served as a Project Coordinator (PC) for the past year and a half. He recently joined M1 around a month and a half ago.

    I’m Marrise, an accounting and finance professional with over eight years of experience across BPO, shared services, insurance, financial services, manufacturing, e-commerce, and real estate. I specialize in full-cycle accounting, process improvement, and financial reporting, with a strong background in AR, AP, payroll, and supply chain. Known for my adaptability and problem-solving skills, I’ve supported both corporate teams and remote clients in streamlining operations and enhancing accuracy.

  • Alma Guzman

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Alma Guzman, Project Manager, has over a decade of experience in construction and utility project management. As a dry utility project manager, Alma directed the team for new utility infrastructures, coordinated meetings with clients, SDG&E, architects and engineers; and managed the design and construction process to provide new service to multifaceted residential, commercial and industrial sites. Her attention to detail, budgeting and client relations were further honed as a construction project manager where she managed various commercial and retail projects.

    Nikki Myzah Tumampos is a Social/Marketing Media Manager in the construction industry. She is a passionate and high-impact digital strategist who views marketing not just as an expense, but as a critical driver of business development. She doesn't just monitor metrics; she extracts deep, actionable insights from analytics to inform all campaign strategies, ensuring every effort is targeted and effective. This data-driven foundation allows her to consistently convert raw ideas into scroll-stopping content that captures attention and meets the unique needs of construction firms.

  • Marco Mendoza

    PROJECT MANAGER

    Marco Mendoza is an accomplished Construction Project Manager and an architecture graduate from Woodbury University, bringing over 12 years of hands-on construction experience to his roles. Currently a Construction PM at Atlas General Construction (since Oct 2020), he expertly manages and plans projects, coordinates logistics, leads teams, and ensures quality and code compliance. His deep technical knowledge stems from his foundational career as a Builder (Oct 2005 – Oct 2015), where he mastered every facet of construction, giving him a unique ability to bridge design and technical execution in management.

  • Brayll Torrefiel

    ESTIMATING/ PURCHASING MANAGER

    Brayll B. Torrefiel is a licensed Civil Engineer and Quantity Surveyor with over seven years of experience in cost estimation, project budgeting, and construction planning. He specializes in delivering accurate and value-driven cost assessments for infrastructure and building projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency from pre-construction to project closeout. A certified Construction Site Supervisor (Level IV), he combines technical precision and strong field coordination skills to support effective cost management and project execution.

  • Ahmad Usman

    ESTIMATOR

    Ahmad Usman is a seasoned construction estimator with extensive experience supporting contractors, architects, and project managers across the United States. He specializes in developing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial, residential, and government projects. Ahmad combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of construction practices in multiple trades—including carpentry, concrete, painting, glass, and metal works. Since 2019, his commitment to precision and professionalism has consistently contributed to the successful delivery of competitive bids.
